I had a wonderful experience in this Hotel. Room was so spotless and clean. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and Customer service was outstanding. The food was fresh and delicious. I really enjoyed my stay there. Highly recommended !

Dear Hilton Garden Inn West Edmonton Management, I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel from September. My service experience fell below expectations and left me significantly dissatisfied. Firstly, during check-in at the hotel, I requested the front desk attendant to print a receipt for my stay, but my request was denied without any explanation. This caused both frustration and inconvenience. Furthermore, in the morning when I went for breakfast, the breakfast attendant informed me that breakfast was only available to guests who had paid for it. After lengthy checks, she confirmed that breakfast had indeed been paid for, but by that time, my impression had already been tarnished. Comparing this experience to my previous stay at the Hilton in St. Alberta, I am astonished by the difference in service quality within the same hotel chain. In St. Alberta, I was completely satisfied with the level of service and hospitality. I hope that my complaint will be taken seriously, and steps will be taken to improve the quality of service at Hilton Garden Inn West Edmonton. I believe in your ability to provide the best service to your guests, and I hope that my future experiences will be more positive. Sincerely,

This hotel was good for our two night stay in Edmonton to shop and attend a concert. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for the stay. It was handy to the West Edmonton Mall. Several shops and restaurants nearby.

The staff at the Hilton were great! They all went above and beyond to make sure our group was accommodated in every way possible. Because the staff are so friendly it is like a home away from home. We will definitely use this hotel for our future events. The catering was excellent and the special care in our rooms was beyond our expectations! A special thank you goes out to Natasa, who has a knack for creating an awesome hotel experience!

Had a wedding there and it was amazing ,the food was sooo good ,the staff made the day so enjoyable ,they helped out in any way they could ,to make the reception part enjoyable and stressfree. The event coordinator for Hilton was amazing ,she was so nice and welcoming and made this experience very nice for me .I would definitely recommend this place to people ,it was really good ,
